Clients call in with all their IT troubles and we find solutions.  I like that the apprenticeship is very hands on and I am working as part of a really helpful team with a lot of experience.  Before this apprenticeship, I was studying computer networking at CCRI.  In school you work hypothetical scenarios.  Here we work real cases.  I would definitely encourage other students to go for an apprenticeship.  It gives you a great opportunity to meet people in the business, get your foot in the door, and gain experience, while continuing to learn and earn certifications.
