Every day is a learning experience because there is such a variety of medical equipment out there and new situations to resolve. 

After graduating from Year Up’s IT program, Claflin’s apprenticeship was a package I couldn’t turn down because it puts me into a career by being on the job, getting hands-on experience, while also taking engineering classes. Claflin worked with CCRI to design a special path to a degree that will speed up the process. I like that I am on the road going to different settings, doing equipment maintenance and electrical safety, rather than sitting behind a computer all day. Every day is a learning experience because there is such a variety of equipment out there and new situations to resolve.
