Atrion and now Carousel Industries embrace apprenticeship in a core way to ensure we have the technical talent to grow.  The Apprentice Program is a vehicle that develops the strong technical and people skills needed from today’s engineers. It allows us to recruit for attitude and aptitude and take apprentices through a structured program starting with an intense boot camp and full-year of on-the-job training.  This is more than just a program; it’s a model for helping solve the IT services industry’s undeniable talent crisis.  We are always searching for ways to grow and stretch, driven by our quest to be better, to do better.
